Listed below are Customizations done for some large customers :
Customized Offline Scanning Module
This customization for DigiOffice 2000 enabled the customer to offload the huge task of scanning to a third party, and to subsequently integrate these scanned images, into the DigiOffice 2000 hierarchy using the watched folder concept.
SMS-DMS Application

This customized application was developed for linking the customer's existing SMS (Share Management System) with DigiOffice 2000. Instead of re-keying the data into DigiOffice 2000, the data existing in the SMS was migrated into DigiOffice 2000 using customized tools.
CMS-DMS Interface

This customized interface application, which was developed for an international Power and Gas giant, allows critical applications like CMS (Complaince Management System) to access the documents located in DigiOffice 2000. Using this module, the documents in DigiOffice 2000 can be linked to CMS as well as viewed from CMS.
